Mount Ida College seeks qualified candidates for an Institutional Research Analyst position. The Institutional Research Analyst will be responsible for producing information from the college’s central data system and from surveys for internal and external college reporting and planning. This position will also be responsible for gathering external data from a variety of sources, analyzing that data and producing necessary reports and presentations for internal consumption.

Bachelor’s degree in the social/behavioral sciences, education, statistics, economics or related field required. Previous experience working with server based relational databases to collect information for research purposes, knowledge of SPSS, SAS or STATA, and proficiency using Microsoft Access and Excel for data manipulation and presentation also required. Experience conducting survey research a plus.
